Inside-Out Community Ventures was established in February 2022 with a simple but profound belief: that the most powerful change in any community comes from within it. We are not an organisation that imposes solutions from the outside — we walk alongside communities, equipping individuals with the tools, skills, and confidence to lead their own transformation.
Based in Zambia and active across three countries, we work in the isolated and hard-to-reach places where access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunity is limited — but where human potential is limitless.
Our motto — “Changing lives, transforming communities” — is not just a slogan. It is the commitment that drives every medical mission, every workshop, every sports tournament, and every community dialogue we facilitate.

Meet Our Leadership
A lean, dedicated team operating with passion and purpose across every program.
Chief Executive Officer
Vision casting and strategic leadership. Oversees international relations, government networking, and community engagement at the highest leadership levels.
Operations Director
Manages networking, logistics, and activity planning. Focuses on ground-level communications and fostering strong community relations where volunteers are needed.
Secretary
Ensures legal compliance and transparency. Manages organizational communications and works closely with media teams for public representation.
Media & Publicity
Leads visual storytelling, web design, and digital communications. Provides full-time coverage during events to amplify the organization's impact.
