Established in February 2022, Inside-Out Community Ventures is a Zambian non-profit organisation dedicated to holistic community transformation in rural Zambia and Africa. We empower youths, community leaders, and vulnerable groups by providing vocational training, sustainable agricultural tools, medical care and education support to foster self-sufficiency and hope.
We go and work in the isolated and hard-to-reach places where opportunities are restricted but human potential is limitless.
We are dedicated to partnering with communities to bring hope, dignity, and sustainable change, believing that together we can restore opportunities where they have been lost. We work with volunteers who come from all walks of life and desiring to share their skills and passion in community transformation.

As Inside-Out, our Christian faith is the foundation for what we do, we take pride in an approach that honors our communities’ context, history, and unique challenges. We don’t just initiate projects from a distance; we go, we live with the people, we share our lives and we become part of the community.

Meet Our Team
A lean, dedicated team operating with passion and purpose across every program.
Executive Director
Vision casting and strategic leadership. Oversees international relations, government networking, and community engagement at the highest leadership levels.
Operations Director
Manages networking, logistics, and activity planning. Focuses on ground-level communications and fostering strong community relations where volunteers are needed.
Secretary
Ensures legal compliance and transparency. Manages organizational communications and works closely with media teams for public representation.
Media & Publicity
Leads visual storytelling, web design, and digital communications. Provides full-time coverage during events to amplify the organization's impact.
